Production
It is the result of a particular mix of vintages of different territories and exposures, collected with a late harvest, obtained by soft pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel barrels. A small percentage of product is obtained from the oak aging.
Appearence
Straw yellow with greenish reflections tending to golden with ripening.
