PRODUCTION:

The must is obtained by soft pressing and only the first press, obtained at very low pressure,
is used.

APPEARANCE:

Straw yellow in colour, sometimes with subtle hints of green turning to gold as it matures.

AROMA:

A delicate, fresh and persistent aroma of fruit and flowers, with hints of bitter almond.

TASTE:

A balanced, persistent flavour with a slightly bitter after-taste that is characteristic of Verdicchio.

ALCOHOL CONTENT:

12,5% vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE:

11-13°

SERVE WITH:

Fish-based dishes, white meat, hors d’oeuvres and pasta dishes.
